Dale is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director for Inteleos, a non-profit healthcare certification organization. Inteleos is an ANSI-ISO 17024 accredited organization with over 150,000 active Certificants across 100+ countries.
Throughout Dale’s 25+ years of CEO experience, he has given numerous lectures, keynotes and workshops in areas of business and certification throughout the world. He continues to guide Inteleos’s mission growth by employing the Interaction Field methodology and network leadership to develop shared value models to build communities and ecosystems in global health.
Dale is past Vice-Chair for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and is presently a Board member. He also is a Board member for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Credentialing Institute. Dale is also a co-inventor of a patent for an advanced type of test question and measurement.
Dale has an MBA in finance from the Albers School of Business and Economics, Seattle, WA, completed the Social Finance program at Oxford University’s Said Business School, Oxford, UK, and holds the Digital Transformation certificate from the Harvard Business School. Dale is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
