PSI Selected as New Licensing Exam and Continuing Education Administrator for the State of Arizona

Olathe, KS, July 24, 2025 – PSI Services, a global leader in professional licensure testing, has been awarded a major contract by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) to deliver secure insurance licensing examinations, oversee exam content development, and manage Continuing Education (CE) administration for insurance professionals across Arizona.

Beginning September 1, 2025, PSI will take over from the current provider, streamlining the testing and CE approval experience for insurance professionals while upholding the state’s high standards for exam security and regulatory integrity. The move reflects Arizona’s commitment to modernizing its licensure infrastructure and improving service delivery for candidates statewide.

“Our commitment at DIFI is to ensure a streamlined and efficient process for all insurance professionals seeking a license and maintaining their continuing education in Arizona,” said Deputy Director of Insurance at DIFI, Lori Munn. “This partnership with PSI will enhance our ability to provide dependable and accessible services, supporting the professional development of our licensees and ultimately benefiting Arizona consumers.”

PSI’s multi-modal test delivery model will provide Arizona candidates with the flexibility to test in-person at secure locations or remotely via PSI’s live online proctoring system. PSI will also assume responsibility for exam content development and managing CE provider and course approvals. This will enable a cohesive regulatory experience for licensees and education partners alike.

In addition, PSI will begin administering the Mortgage Broker – Responsible Individual exam, which was previously offered just once a month in the DIFI office using paper-based testing. Candidates will now benefit from more frequent testing opportunities and flexible scheduling options, both in test centers and online.
