Jessica Dangles, MBA, MS, PMP
Jessica is the Executive Director of The Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC). CBIC is a voluntary autonomous multidisciplinary board that provides direction for and administers the certification process for professionals in infection control and applied epidemiology. She has worked in licensure, certification, and accreditation roles within healthcare for the last 10+ years.
Pamela Ing Stemmer, PhD, ICE-CCP
Pamela is the Senior Director of Psychometric Services for PSI Services. She leads and guides a team of psychometricians and test developers that support clients through every step of the assessment life cycle, including job analysis, item development, exam development, standard setting, and accreditation support. Dr. Ing Stemmer is actively engaged in thought leadership through industry conference presentations and workshops, such as those for ICE, ATP, and CLEAR. She also serves in several leadership roles for industry committees and is the current Chair of the ATP DEI Assessment Design & Science Subcommittee. Pamela has 11 years of experience in professional credentialing across wide variety of industries including healthcare and IT, served as a psychometric assessor for the ANSI 17024 standard for several years, and holds a PhD in Quantitative Psychology.
