Dr. Gueorguieva is a seasoned psychometrician who currently serves as the Senior Psychometrician and Director of Assessments for the Dental Assisting National Board. With over 20 years of experience in exam development, she has successfully led volunteer teams in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of credentialing examinations, as well as the development of K-12 formative assessments.
Dr. Gueorguieva attributes her 19 years of volunteer service with I.C.E. as instrumental in building a robust network of professional colleagues and mentors, many of whom have become close friends. This network has greatly contributed to her opportunities for professional growth and engagement throughout her career.
